Holidays à la Carte is a unique concept put together by the hotel, meaning there is no longer any need to be frustrated by the confines of a structured package or lose out on those elements which are not of interest. Within the Holidays à la Carte programme, guests may tailor their holiday to suit their own specific needs and interests, from golf on a choice of nine 18-hole championships course combined with car hire to beginners golf academy with the hotels' PGA professional combined with horse riding and Shiatsu massage.

All the guest need do is choose how many nights they wish to stay and which type of room they wish to stay in, from the 360 sq. m. presidential suite with private pool to one of the quiet garden view rooms. If they opt for a 4 night Golden Stay or a 7 night Platinum Stay, they pay the regular rack rate for their selected room, but in addition, will be offered private limousine transfers to and from Faro Airport, a bottle of Port wine in their room and a la carte dinners in either of the hotel's two restaurants.

Guests may then add-on to this basic accommodation element by selecting from a menu of golf and leisure activities such as tennis lessons, mountain biking, reflexology, excursions to Seville or private plan charters over the Algarve coast.

The Quinta do Lago estate where the hotel is located is internationally famous for its golf facilities, with 3 championship courses within the resort itself and 6 more within easy driving distance. The Holidays à la Carte programme caters for all golfers from beginner up to the golfer who wishes to improve their handicap, incorporating individual tuition with PGA professional, Kenny Fairbairn, guaranteed starting times and preferential discounted green fees.
