WOOSNAM TO ESCORT GOLF SAFARI
Ian
Woosnam will personally escort an exclusive, luxurious golfing
safari across South Africa that will include some of the best
golf, scenery and wildlife that the country has to offer. The
trip takes plaace on 4th-11th September 2000.
Participants
will travel on the "Pride of Africa" - a luxurious Edwardian
train - and stopovers include the fantasy Palace of the Lost City
in Sun City. A detailed itinerary
for golfers and non-golfers alike has been compiled to take in
the Sabi Sabi Game Reserve on the edge of the Kruger National
Park as well as daily golf clinics with Woosnam himself on some
of the best courses in the whole of Africa.
Golfers
will enjoy the challenges of the many luxurious golf clubs that
South Africa has and player will encounter unusual hazards including
crocodile lakes and hippo pools. Non-golfers are catered for with
their own tours and activities.

"Pride of Africa" is a private, luxurious hotel on wheels.

age, the party will travel through South Africa aboard this beautifully
restored Edwardian train which offers the highest standards of
accommodation, food, service and the charm of pre-war travel with
subtle, modern innovations and comforts. The party will also stay
at some of the best hotels and game lodges in southern Africa
during the safari.
Numbers
are strictly limited to ensure personal attention from both the
professional tour guides and from Woosnam himself. Prices lead
in at £11,500 per golfer and £3,200 for non-golfers
based on sharing with a golfer. Return flights to Jonahhesburg
