Golf Tour
Beginning on 8th January
2002, a customise Boeing 757 Jet will take a maximum of 40 passengers on a unique
20 day round the world golf tour.
Beginning in London, the
tour will take in Puerto
Rico, Scottsdale, Pebble Beach and Spanish Bay, then on to Lanai Island Resort
in Hawaii, Port Douglas on the Great Barrier Reef, Chiang Mai in Thailand and
the Burj Al Arab in Dubai.
PrivatAir Group, who are
responsible for this package will also offer additional activities such as whale
watching, elephant trekking, a Great Barrier Reef cruise on a glass bottom vessel
and a special desert experience.
David Kinson, marketing
director of PrivatAir Group said, "We’ve created a new concept in golf tours that
combines playing at some glorious courses with luxury travel and the best hotels,
very similar to the way top golf pros travel. We’ve reconfigured our BBJs to offer
the highest level of comfort, giving much more personal space and a generous baggage
allowance. We’ll use VIP terminals where possible and ground transportation will
take customers directly to the aircraft steps, where we’ll have the flexibility
to take off and land to suit our own leisurely itinerary."
The 2002 PrivatAir Golf
Tour runs from 8th - 29th January 2002 and costs £37,000
per person, fully inclusive with travel insurance.
