Selected
as the venue for the grand final of "The Mail on Sunday
National Golf Classic", this championship course is set
in the grounds of a magnificent Louuis XIV château.
Its many spectacular and challenging holes are maintained
to a very high standard and the clubhouse offers very good
food and superb changing facilities. As an added bonus the
course is rarely crowded.
Signature
Hole: 16th hole, par 3. You will need anything from a 9 iron
to a 5 iron to cross the spectacular valley of rhododendrons.
The two tier green is guarded on each side by tress and bunkers
at the back. Par is never easy as the green's cunning contours
protect the hole.
