Ismolas Golf Club

Is Molas Golf Club is situated in Pula, in the south of the island about 30km from Cagliari airport. The large complex includes the clubhouse with restaurants, bars fully equipped Pro-Shop, administration and hotel/apartment complex. The Is Molas Golf Hotel features 84 rooms overlooking the course.

This challenging, 18 hole, par 72 championship course is situated 5km from the beaches of Pula at the foot rugged huills with sweeping views towards the sea and 6 km in length. I Molas is rated in the top ten courses of the total of 168 courses in Italy. It was established in 1972 and desgigned by Cotton, Penninck, Laurie and Partners (UK) and was the home of the Italian Open in 1976 and 1982 and the Volvo Tour Ipen in 1986. Previous winners were Mark James (UK) in 1982 and Vijay Singh (Fiji) won the Volvo Open in 1986. Next year, the Italian Open will take place at Is Molas again. Throughout the year, there are 130 days of tournaments which makes it one of the most popular courses in Italy.

As a guest of the Is Molas Golf Hotel you are entitled to unlimited green fees. This makes it a surprisingly good value proposition for a golf holiday. In the low season, a double room daily rate per person on a halfboard basis costs around £70.00 per person while in high season it will cost £82.00 per person. The hotel has a restaurant, bar, meeting rooms, swimming pool and tennis courts. The beach is only 10 minutes away.
